Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
